返済期間が21年以上の場合の金利幅：2.990％⇔3.950％
（取扱金融機関が提供する金利で最も多いのは、3.240％）
返済期間が20年以下の場合の金利幅：2.750％⇔3.710％
（取扱金融機関が提供する金利で最も多いのは、3.000％）
（注１）段階金利型のお借入金利は除いています。

（注３）取扱金融機関からの報告に基づき集計しています。
先月と比べ、返済期間21年以上は約0.08％下がり
返済期間20年以下も約0.07％下がりました。
