キッチン室にも木が使える！！
5月から内装制限が緩和されます。
これまでは火を使う「火気使用設備」がある部屋は、
「火気使用室」とされ、天井・壁には準不燃材以上が必要で、
木を使う場合は、IHヒーターやたれ壁を設けないといけませんでした。
今回の緩和は、店舗併用や無窓居室以外の戸建住宅限定で、
コンロ・ストーブ・暖炉・いろりが対象になります。
「火気使用設備」の周辺で、今回規定された範囲を特定不燃材料で
仕上げれば、それ以外の天井・壁は基本的に木材などでも
仕上げられるようになりました。
コンロもＩＨの場合とほぼ同じように内装デザインの自由度が増します。
ガスコンロ派の方には朗報です。
