長期使用製品安全点検制度がスタートしてます
４月１日以降に製造、輸入され特定保守製品とされた
住宅設備機器９品目が対象です。
１ 都市ガス用 屋内式ガス瞬間湯沸かし器
２ プロパン用 屋内式ガス瞬間湯沸かし器
３ 都市ガス用 屋内式ガス風呂釜
４ プロパン用 屋内式ガス風呂釜
５ 石油給湯器
６ 石油風呂釜
７ FF式石油温風暖房機
８ ビルトイン式電気食器洗い機
９ 浴室用電気乾燥機 以上９品目
新築では、５、８，９番が該当しそうです。
給湯器では、屋外式ガス給湯器、電気温水器以外が対象で
食洗機、浴室乾燥機は、最近不具合のある製品もあったので
やはり注意が必要なようです。
・住宅会社から建て主への説明
・建て主が所有者票ハガキをメーカーに送付
・メーカーから建て主への点検案内
が必要になります。
メーカー・製品により違うかもしれませんが、
大体１０年弱での有料点検となります。
既販品は義務ではないですが、点検はしてくれますので
気になるようでしたら点検を！！
