今回の外壁はALC！・・・性能的には1番かと
当社は30年近くALCをつかってて、今回の家もALC（軽量気泡ｺﾝｸﾘｰﾄ）。
耐久性・防火性・遮音性・吸放湿性・断熱性などに優れてます。
断熱性は断熱材には適いませんが、同厚の合板と同じくらいの断熱があり
ないよりはあった方が良いかと。
特に耐久性・防火性・遮音性が色んな外壁の中でもトップクラスで、
火災保険や地震保険が、約半額になるぐらい認められてます。
厚みは50mm。
下の区切れてるとこ（目地部分）が17mmぐらいあり、
そこにﾊﾞｯｸｱｯﾌﾟ材＋ｼｰﾘﾝｸﾞを施します。
ｻｲﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞの厚みより、厚いです。
最後に防水の為、塗装して完了。
大体10年ぐらいで、塗装のメンテが必要になってきます。
