返済期間が20年以下の場合の金利幅：2.770％⇔3.720％
（取扱金融機関が提供する金利で最も多いのは、3.020％）

１つの金融機関で複数のフラット３５の商品タイプを提供している場合、金融機関からの報告に基づき、複数の商品すべてを集計対象としています。
先月と比べ、返済期間21年以上は約0.14％上り
返済期間20年以下も約0.13％上がりました。
団信料も結構上がったんで、今の時期は不利かも。
