準備完了！
K様邸土留工事完了。
先日、確認済証が交付され、本日、まもりすまい保険の
受理証をもらい準備が整いました。
まもりすまい保険とは、特定住宅瑕疵担保責任の履行の確保等に関する法律
で資力確保の義務付けがなされたため、そのために入る保険です。
平成21年10月以降の引渡物件から適用されますが、
今からでも入れるので、こちらでやっています。
以前と比べ、若干手続きが面倒になり、保険金額が2000万,3000万
4000万,5000万の4種類になります。
そんなには変わらないですが、業者の故意・重過失による損害があった場合
普通業者で対応しないといけないのですが、倒産等のどうしても
難しい場合には支払われるとのところが違います。
話を戻しますが、K様邸予定通りに年明けからの基礎着工です。
