高低差、これはかなり大事です。
基本高低差は、道路より上がっているほうが良いです。
高低差があり既存の擁壁がある場合、ｱﾌﾟﾛｰﾁ・車庫の為
擁壁のやり変えが必要ないか、安全上問題ないかなど。
新たに擁壁が必要な場合、高低差が1m超であれば基本RC、
2m超であれば工作物の申請も必要になってきます。（宅造地域以外）
高低差はあればあるほど、擁壁等の外構工事が高くなり、
土地価格よりも高くつくなんてことも。
盛土の場合は、地盤が弱い可能性が高く基礎補強が必要になり、
隣地より高い場合は、基本ご自身で土留をしないといけません。
高低差には注意が必要です。
