オール電化と井戸水
オール電化、かなり普及しています。
ご要望の中には大体オール電化が入っており、
ＩＨヒーターと電気温水器（又はｴｺｷｭｰﾄ）でオール電化です。
光熱費が全般的に上がっている中、ｲﾆｼｬﾙｺｽﾄは高いけど
ﾗﾝﾆﾝｸﾞｺｽﾄがお得なオール電化は家庭の強い味方です。
ただ井戸水のご家庭の方は、要注意です。
どの給湯器も基本的に、井戸水は保証対象外で、
自己責任となります。
ｲﾆｼｬﾙｺｽﾄが高い分、不具合時の費用も高く。
ｶﾙｼｳﾑ・ﾏｸﾞﾈｼｳﾑ等の硬度が高いと基本的不向きです。
硬度の高い水は、石鹸の泡立ちが悪かったり、ﾎﾟｯﾄの中にﾐﾈﾗﾙ分が
付着しやすく。沖縄なんかでは、結構高いみたいです。
大体の給湯器には、追い焚きがついており不具合の可能性も高くなるんで、
井戸水の方は、配管をまめに掃除してください。
