住宅ローン控除の延長？
決定ではないですが、国土交通省よりの要望案です。
住宅ローン減税の適用期限を5年延長とともに拡充を要望。
【一般住宅の場合】
借入限度額 3000万円
控除期間 10年又は15年の選択制
控除率 10年の場合 1%
15年の場合 1-10年目 0.75%
11-15年目 0.5%
最大控除額 300万円※他に長期優良住宅、省エネ住宅の場合あり。
決定はまだ先ですが、延長・拡充すればうれしいニュースです。
