外壁塗装
本日、4日ぶりにやっと塗装工事です。
雨が続いたので、大分工事が遅れてます。
先週終わるはずが、今週一杯まで。
当社の家は、３６０棟ぐらいあってその内８割ぐらいが、外壁に
ＡＬＣをつかっています。ＡＬＣは防水が必要なので、塗装工事が必須です。
今回は、築15年のＡＬＣの家です。
大体、築10年から15年ぐらいで塗り替えしてます。
前回は築28年の家でしたが、例外的に年数の割に色落ち,汚れが少なく
海も近かったんですが塩害もなかったです。
ただ基本的には、塗装の効果は10年ぐらいで、ＡＬＣの場合強度にも
関係しますので、早めの塗り替え必要です。
