メンテナンス（掃除）は大事
昨日、給湯器のことで2本連絡がはいった。
石油給湯器の燃焼の仕方がおかしいと
電気温水器の循環金具から結構なゴミが出る？とのこと。
石油給湯器はメーカーに任せ、電気温水器は見に行くことに。
話を聞くと、ふろ自動でお湯を入れるときにあかみたいのが出て、
ふろ配管,循環金具は掃除されていたとのこと。
カタログ、メーカーと連絡取りながら検討し、ストレーナー掃除と
タンク内の清掃（沈殿物の除去）を試みましたが、結果はダメで
後日、ふろ配管クリーニングを再度チャレンジすることに。
石油給湯器は、本体でなくおふろのｻｰﾓ水栓のフィルターが詰まり、
燃焼がおかしくなっていたとのことでこちらは解決。
電気温水器のお宅は、井戸水なんですが、
3年前に設置したばかりで、浄水器もつけている。
井戸水が原因なんだろうか？
正直、ｸﾘｰﾆﾝｸﾞの仕方については詳しく説明したことはないんですが、
電気温水器などは、カタログにいろんな箇所のｸﾘｰﾆﾝｸﾞ方法が
書いてあります。
しなくてもすぐに不具合が発生するということは、ないでしょうが、
追い焚きのある配管、水栓、換気扇などは特にｸﾘｰﾆﾝｸﾞが
必要ですので忘れずに行いましょう。
今後、クリーニングも含めもう少し詳しく説明させていただき、他のお客様にも
クリーニング状況などをお伺いしてみようかと。
